please help a newbie out with Instagram

Hi all! I am very frustrated with IG and would really appreciate your help.

I have read this fantastic guide:
on imristo: getting started with instagram

but still have some questions.

I am running e-commerce sites (niche apparel) and when I start IG fan pages, I get those deleted quickly and now it looks like I'm blocked from even creating new pages.

1. I coudln't authorize any new third party access to my instagram pages (like Grab, Trackgram, etc. it would just give me an error)
2. Now when my last page got deleted (IG said that the reason was that my content wasn't original, which it wasn't - I was reposting stuff from other pages) it's not even letting me create new accounts.

I really need to get a decent account started for my niche though as it could have a lot of success for marketing my ecommerce site on IG, so I used a spare phone I have with a different phone # and working simcard of course, there the account creation was no problem, but the phone sucks. If I log in now with my regular phone, will they ban the account again?

And what to do to not be banned in the first place and grow a decent account? I was using Instagress on the slow setting, I had more than 15 pictures, and then I was using crowdfire, nothing crazy.

Would running a VPN, such as Betternet on my iPhone remedy the situation? what about my wi-fi at home though, does this mean I can't connect to my accounts over wifi?

Are you putting your url on description.. better build up your account 1st before adding it. + dont post photos with website water mark on it. Limit follow unffolow to 50-60/hr for new account

with new accs i did like 20 coments a day, following 50-75 likes around 100. I added link when i had about 1000 followers, but i did domain redirect to cb offer, which i wouldn't do now a days.. I would rather create LP, because ig bans this crap so fast and so much.. And with pics i used to resize them or used mp to make them unique and i never used water marked images

IF Ig blocks users because their content isn't unique, will it block me if i scrape other users images with followliker and post it with my accounts?

thanks everyone for the input, really much appreciated.

For now, since it wasn't letting me create a new account on my iPhone (the phone I use), and I created a new account on my spare phone, can I safely log on to the created account through my iPhone, or am I stuck logging in through the crappy phone? what about my laptop? will they automatically block that account? or am I ok?
