How do I get new customers?

Been doing ORM for years. Most referrals.
lately its been quiet. I don't get enough new customers.
Whats your approach? What can I do to get new customers?
Once I find them, what is the best way to contact? Cold Call? Email?

Quiet? I've never had more on my plate. Google's attack on spam was the best thing that ever happened to me!

As to my approach, anything goes. I've never had much success with cold calling, but emails and bumping into local business owners on conventions and b2b meetings alone could be enough for you.

depends on NICHE i check what my competition is doing then I check what most competitive NICHE guys are doing which is relevent or similar to my product create online and offline campaign plan and implement you will get leads from unexpected places when you do 360

It's pretty niche specific, the question you're asking. Research and find out the kind of campaigns (Online and offline) that people in your niche or related niches are running and see if you can pick up a hint or two. Otherwise, just try out different methods with your own creative twists to see what works best. If it works well, scale it up slowly to see if the percentage returns are according to your expenditure on the scaling. If it is, stick to it or else branch out.

When you'll promote your services on different places like Social Media, etc.
Then, you'll get new customers for your ORM services. I think you can use the MarketPlace of BHW for best results in getting customers.

Good ORM never stops, you should have repeat clients monthly. If not, you are doing something wrong.

Check reviews for companies in descending order and make a list of the poorest of the poor. Make it stick out like a sore thumb when you go to your client and show them how you have dealth with similar situations in the past and turned it around.
Don't get disheartened. Take a break and come back strong.
