Yesterday I was looking for pages in the beauty niche. I came across a nail art account with 9.8M followers. Nothing new, I see it very often since everyone is following them.

Today I opened Instagram to look up some more stuff.. I then saw the name: l4l_0k.dopnm_wnd0q.d0wn_0wn_kp showing up in my recent searches.

I'm like what the f..? When I Clicked the name..the account had .. 9.8M followers. The nail art account got hacked just like that. Every picture deleted. When I looked for the right name (nails something) it was taken by a freshly opened account.

I think it has something to do with the 272 million Gmail, Hotmail and Yahoo accounts passwords stolen from Russian hackers this week. Holy shit.

Apparently that hack didn't even happen. All those emails were acquired over time and most of them were outdated. That being said, better safe than sorry

I think I found the acc, with a different username @nailsvideo.z (9.6M followers). There is also a message on the first post :

got hacked recently on my personal account, the guy put a cpa "meet and fuck" offer in my bio, that fucker even rested my password thankfully i had enough time to change my yahoo pass and got a new pass through my email from insta gotta watch out for those sneaky fuckers.
