Fast , quick , friendly , easy to work with . I have nothing to complain about , every update and steps how to order , she walked me through everything . I don't care if it's the best service , without customer service , I doubt that client will come back for more . For this service , I surely order more

When I first received my articles , it was 8/10 as I found some mirror mistakes and was not as good as I expected .I emailed her about it and she was pretty happy to fix everything as my request . All done pretty quick . Just got my articles again and everything looks great ( again love how responsible she is with her service) . She did research before writing as well as asking me more about my topic & keywords to make sure she's not missing anything .
