Alright let me start out by saying that some people are getting up in arms for the following:
Some of our EU ranges were soft-banned by Google. Everyone was getting captchas at every query. I took the liberty of checking logs and people weren't solving captchas, just relentlessly bashing Google's servers - this was a disaster waiting to happen. So what did we do? We scrambled our asses to acquire new ranges, set up new servers (on a completely new, faster infrastructure), get to grips with new software, create new deployment scripts and incorporate it into my.proxymillion.com and then deliver these proxies giving everyone a full 25% extra proxies for free! In a WEEK.
People with 25 proxies got 40 replacements, those with 50 got 70, and those with 250 got 325 - permanently. And this was AFTER we replaced everyone's proxies the very same day with US one just so they could continue scraping.
How is this bad support exactly?
Yes - we had to cut 1 corner: omit IP authorization to speed up the deployment. It's a feature that will be implemented before thursday, but that is all we failed to deliver on. Everyone's back to business right now.
If you then come up here and tell everyone that support sucks, we suck, no ip auth sucks etc. etc. I really don't know wether to laugh or cry after busting my balls for 12 days straight working 18 hour days just so you can have your proxies. What on earth were we to do different in your opinion? Answer your ticket within 5 minutes but let this situation drag out for 4 weeks? Everyone needed new proxies asap!
We're a small team, with a big heart and the best intentions. Please try and be reasonable. If you deal with and in proxies, bans happen. We resolved these pretty quickly given the circumstances and handled the situation pretty well if I may say so myself. Given the fact that about 45 people were affected, the actual -lack- of messages here seems to support that.
So no, we don't suck. Thank you.
And a more general FYI: the team can now process refunds, access Paypal and setup proxy packages as well. So the overall dependency on me is now far less. So all in all, support should be tons faster starting today!
The watchful observer might notice that we're maturing more and more as the weeks roll past ;-)
Do you have any review copies or samples available?
No, we don't

The small package is affordable enough for everyone to buy!
Guys, what about video sharing to instagram using its proxy ?
Im not able already for a few month using FL or manually via phone
Could you open a ticket for this and mention your post here? I might have a few ideas that are worth trying out. I know we've talked before and earlier tests didn't work but I might've stumbled across something last week
Please issue refunds for the following invoices and remove my account from any authorized further recurring payments. I requested to have your services canceled last month and yet I'm still being charged for your services. I would prefer not to contact my bank to have this issue solved.
Invoice #

PRXM01131
Hope to get an answer soon..
Will do! Credit card right? It's been an absolute nightmare with Stripe. So much so we're going to stop accepting credit cards alltogether. I'll cancel your subs right after finishing this
Glad to hear that
I'm waiting for proxies almost 3 days.. Can i get my proxies?
Number: PRXM01103
Issue date: April 28, 2016
3 days? That sounds highly unlikely as we never miss the 24 hour deadline without notifying you. Did you get them by now? If not, open a ticket for it:
http://support.proxymillion.com
My recurring payment automatically renewed a couple of days ago. I contacted support within 5 minutes of payment requesting a refund.
Stan, can you please send the refunds?
No problem! But I'll need more info

Can you open a ticket?
http://support.proxymillion.com
Just mention you forgot to cancel and you'll be refunded - no problem!
Is there any support or something ? i sent skype request a week ago still no reply you must be very busy or dont check your skype ?
Yeah I've been busy with the thing at the top of this post

HOWEVER! We just created a new Skype account that our support team will man. As I'm really not a one-man-support-army. I'll change the Skype handle in my profile to reflect it, but here it is:
proxymillion
Easy right?
There support is the worst ever. And now they even swapped out all the EU proxies i had (forced) and the new ones they replaced with dont even allow ip auth.
This company is really SHIT. All they say when you contact them is its working fine for every other customers they have while i know its not. It just there standard message.
I kindly refer you to the top of this post. And let me add that we -always- check the proxies ourselves using a curl request in the terminal. If we get a 200 response, they do in fact work. It might blow your mind to realise that something might work for others while it doesn't for you, but such is life. I'm truly sorry your feel this way, but I have a sneaking suspicion that there's not much we could've done to change that.
The proxies were never working as their IP authorization panel was broken.
Uhm, no. Disabled you mean? We're implementing it now for our 'new' proxies. That being said, we deploy new things almost daily so it can happen that something breaks. Sending the bug to support will get it fixed far faster than mentioning it here though

Especially without the specific page where it happened.
If it's here:
https://my.proxymillion.com/private-proxies - then it's disabled. Thank
could i have a sample to try it out? PM me thanks
thanks
No we don't, however feel free to buy a $19 package to try and if for some reason you don't like it, request for a refund in 48 hours and we'll refund you without a problem!
------------------------
To reiterate: support should be a lot faster in processing tickets from now on. Reason being that dependency on me is now almost 0. The team will be able to refund you, setup packages, refresh your proxies, say hello and answer any questions you may have.
In the off-chance they can't, it will get passed on to me. Meanwhile I'll be expanding our infrastructure and updating my.proxymillion.com to make sure we SUCK even less and that when SHIT hits the fan you'll barely even notice anymore in the future
I will continue to answer in this topic though! But please contact support first and only send PMs as a last resort. Contacting support will almost always be the better and faster route
Thanks everyone!
