Hey everyone!
We were definitely not out of order however we had to deal with some issues regarding our private proxies. Feel free to read about it in our other topic if you're curious
It was really unfortunate timing as it happened the day we went live with this thread.
All orders were fulfilled within 24 hours, no exceptions. So if it does take longer it's most likely due to a faulty email delivery! Be sure to get in touch with using our support desk: http://support.proxymillion.com
We've just improved our support as well. Anyway - back to business! Let me answer a few questions and then send over the coupons

Not at this time, no. Because they are private, everyone needs to rotate at the same time, or there will be overlap So it's kinda in the nature of the product.
There seems to be a misconception about this. You're buying proxies! 1 port == 1 proxy! No threads limits, no nothing. It's all there in the graphics
I guess that's why someone mentioned the price, thinking a port was a thread. It's not. We're the cheapest rotating private proxy provider out there

Yes, however we did have someone abusing the ranges but they've been banned now. I expect things to get back to normal in a few days.
Yeah, as expected. Though, they probably didn't 'fail' as they just triggered a captcha. Should subside in a few days, if not faster.

But I agree - measures have been taken! My experience with good, reliable proxy services is that they get abused to hell and back in a matter of days. As you can read in our other topic we're fresh and new and my philosophy has been to always assume the best about a customer's intentions, but alas - that didn't happen. We're taking more and more action against customers who just bash websites causing entire ranges to be flagged. It is, to be honest, a side-effect I never anticipated. I went through a log yesterday that was just 1 long barrage of Google's captcha websites (ipv4.google.com) without a single attempt to solve one. That gets Google pissed, fast.
We're on it though! And don't hesitate to report it when it happens! It has given me great respect for some of the proxy companies that have been around for years. I can only imagine the amount of hoops they had to jump through all this time balancing friendly customer service with reliable proxies and fast hardware!
Mind you, we're jumping like crazy as well since day one ;-) It's not easy, but it's fun and rewarding!

We'll refund you as well if you don't like it! Be sure to ask for it within 48 hours of delivery though Yes and no. Reason being that the proxies are private. And because of that we need to rotate everyone at the same moment, otherwise there'd be overlap!

Currently, as many as you like! We've optimized our servers quite a bit to handle a load, but try and keep it civil. Like I mentioned earlier, I'm not to keen on finding row after row of logs where customers trigger and don't solve captchas. That's just abuse
But feel free to crank it open a bit more than you're used to with others!
