May I ask which package did you apply the coupon to? The BHW coupon can be applied to normal Budget VPS + SEO Optimized VPS + KVM VPS only.

Hi GreencloudVPS,

I am currently using your service and have been the past two months. I tried to log in today through remote desktop viewer and received a message that my computer was unable to access the VPS. I submitted a ticket and the tech support told me windows crashed. Can you please tell me if this means I lost all my data on the VPS? I have been running massplanner on the VPS for 2 months and if I lost all that data I would be absolutely f*cked. The whole reason I purchased the VPS was so this kinda of stuff wouldn't happen.

Thank you very much! It is absolutely imperative that I do not lose the Massplanner folder that was saved to the hard drive of the VPS. I have thousands of dollars of information saved to that folder and if I lost it I would be absolutely killed. Please please please do whatever you can to recover that information.

Is there someone I can speak to over skype. I am about to lose $10,000 worth of information and need to speak to someone immediately. I am getting different answers from tech people over email. They said they rebooted the VPS which I did not ask for and need to make sure that the folder is safe.
