Wouldn't recommend dealing with this guy at all, he has messed me around for 2-3 days now and im convinced he's using stolen accounts to make payments. He has attempted to pay me using 3 different methods and none have been successful although he blames it being due to an error at my side. After confronting him about my worries of him using stolen accounts/cards I asked him to prove that the account was infact his by showing me some form of id only showing his name and address which is linked to his paypal account and after agreeing to it he almost instantly went offline then posted here requesting someone else. Possible scammer guys so beware

AdvanceDevelopment - I couldn't send to his paypal address at all. Not sure why- works fine with everyone else..Had my paypal since 1999. I only had issues with sending money to him.
As far as the methods I want coded I would rather speak in private. Just need someone good at coding that can make great multi-threaded bots and knows how to make things with proxy support & stable. budget = 100-450 per prog/app.

I've got a fully verified Paypal account as I explained to him and have dealings with people daily along with dealing from members on here with no problems.
You also attempted to pay in other methods which didnt work (Western Union, Giftcard) and those "fell" through also, so it certainly wasn't any issue on my side as you tried to claim.
On another note, after I questioned the fact i suspected you were using illegal accounts/cards and asked you to prove your identity by showing ID with your name and address thats linked to your PayPal accounts with all your other private details and photos blanked out, you agreed and then very suddenly went offline then posted here looking for someone else to complete the job.
Technically you haven't scammed anyone but i'm just wanting to make other BHW users aware of the shadyness of the whole thing so that they avoid the risk of being scammed and also their Paypal account being effected due to dodgy payments.

Not true. Web-based languages such as PHP also have the capability's to be multiple threaded.

You're not gonna find anyone who is "good at coding" or can make a stable multi-thread software for that price.

I'd have to disagree with the first part as making a project multiple threaded is no different from it being single really to a experienced coder lets be honest here, fair enough its a little bit more work but at the end of the day its only arrays.
I wouldnt offer him your services or if you do work with due care, read my post up there about him - very shady guy.
