the bot isn't scraping bing/yahoo when i set it up to. for some reason it used to not scrape google, but now it scrapes google, but no yahoo and bing? is there an update coming soon?

Yep, we all know that ip blocking is very common. I myself have faced the issue when doing it on my own browser. When someone on the other end of my country is using the same ip as me searching for things frantically, i face the ip ban on the first search. But I am not talking about any of those.

I'm talking about not leaving footprints and not revealing the bot as bot. Now, i have mentioned to you about 2 types of ban. IP ban, and bot ban (inbuilt browser ban). I'm facing a bot ban, not IP ban. If you can solve the bot ban issue, then per ip can go way farther than the current few searches. Again, I know what it means to face a IP ban, on a dynamic or static IP. In my office, sometimes I overdid it on my PC, and my colleagues are curious why they face the ban on their PC. That's IP ban. Now, what I'm talking about is bot ban. Instead of trying to find out the problem, you [still] insisted you are not wrong.

At least a "we'll look into this matter and give you a feedback in 1 days time" or something along the lines is what nets you positive review and recommendation. It goes a long way.

Update: While browsing normally, this is what happened. http://prntscr.com/9vrz93 all i did was using site:site.com and after a few searches it got blocked, it's a common thing while scraping. Then i fired a incognito and there's no block.

We will check it. Have you tried using it without Proxies?

I don't recommend this software, it's either crashing all the time or get banned from google if using with no proxies even with the slowest setting.
Really disappointed, by the way i can't even use it right now, it's crashing at startup, no matter how many time you contact them by ticket support, there will always be a bug in the software, waste of time!

Since there's a way to bulk upload projects, would it be possible to add a feature to bulk delete projects?

In settings, there's an option to automatically update rankings every X days. Can you explain what the function of this is since you have to manually go through all projects clicking "Alerts: On" and "Check Keywords Every: X hours" anyway? Turning the alerts on for each project and setting the hours between each track can be very time consuming if you have a lot.

Maybe you could set alerts on and keyword tracking time in project upload i.e.

Finally, if you're bulk uploading projects, there's a bug that allows you to upload duplicate keywords in the same project.

Just noticed another bug also. When you add a YouTube project it shows the SE as YouTube and everything is correct. After editing a project to delete keywords for instance, after saving, it changes SE to Google.com regardless of the project settings.

Brilliant thanks! One last thing. Is there a way to add proxies without having the software check them? I'll be using a few hundred semi-dedicated proxies that are likely banned for use on Google, but should be fine for YouTube rank checks.

I will see of what i can do. We are even planning to provide free proxies to all paid users but thats just a initial idea.
