Hi,

I recently started my Instagram adventure with FollowLiker, only have 3 accounts running now and I have just purchased proxies in order to add more. In order to be able to access these accounts from the phone without showing Instagram my IP Address I read that I had to root my phone (Android), and I did so. I was wondering whether further actions are needed in order for Instagram not to receive my IP from the Rooted phone? Do I need to do anything at application (IG) level? I am based in Europe and my proxies in the US, so it is really important for me not to show my IP when login in from the phone.

Thank you for your advice.

First of all, you can't hide your IP address from Instagram. Second, you'll have to use an application called "ProxyDroid" after rooting your device. And third, don't forget about the other ways that Instagram can track you, such as device ID.

Thanks for the quick feedback. Would you have a suggestion on how to work around the device ID issue? How do people with 50-100 accounts log into them if needed?

They don't use a phone. They use a software, which can modify the device ID easily.

Thanks. Another question, when I login via Iconosquare to Instagram, would Instagram see my IP address? For example if I use FollowLiker to upload pictures/follow people (with proxy) and then use Iconosquare to view my account using my standard wifi connection from PC, will Instagram see the mismatch?

Would you know the name of the software used?

Always funny to see these IP topics, especially if you got only 3 accounts.

I talk to tens of people in the IG game, with many accounts and none of them are so paranoid as on BHW. Nowadays I don't even pause my FL session anymore, I keep on botting (with proxy) and use it on my phone at the same time to check some DM's or a quick posting. My local IP and proxy are 4-5000 miles seperated from eachother, never had a problem.

People don't easily get banned because of IP issues, but because they are fucktardspamming with their follow/unfollows/Bio URL. A few of my accounts used IP's from 4 different countries due to traveling and none of them gave a fuck.

All of you are way too paranoid.

Nice to hear that :)
Well as I am getting started it wouldn't be a big deal to get a few accounts banned and restart. Thanks for your suggestions.

One tip, before you start FL with a proxy far away from you, login via web first (using the proxy)....it's possible that you will get the "Is this you YES/NO" question.

I checked "ProxyDroid" and I think it should fix the distance problem as I can setup the same proxy on phone and FollowLiker, correct?

are you serious????????

I have an android phone using 4 ig accounts, the only thing that I do is put the proxy on the network settings, without rooting the device. I now the app of is using the proxy cause in the explore page show me trending topics on usa, (and I'm based on latinamerica and the explore page is a crap without any fancy thing, just recommend images.)

I have other 20 accounts only on followliker, but I was planing to buy an android phone for every 4 accounts and do the same thing of add their respective proxy to manage those accounts.

is that dangerous?

I think you misunderstood what I was saying. I wasn't trying to say that you can't hide your real IP address and use a proxy, but that Instagram will get your IP address regardless if you use a proxy or not.

You have 4 accounts so it's hard to tell anything here. But in my experience, doing what you did to use a proxy for Instagram on Android has not been successful.

If you use a desktop browser, it's easy. Use the FoxyProxy addon and make a rule to access instagram and iconosquare from the proxy ip you want, other sites won't be affected, only those you specified. It's only good, if you want to login to one account specifically, because only one rule can be applied for the same site. To use the rule you just created, insteadd of selecting the proxy, you need to select "Use proxies based on their pre-defined patterns and priorities". If you want to use iconosquare with more than one account/proxy, the FoxyProxy addon can still be used to change proxies with ease without pre-defining a pattern. Obviously clear the browser cache between two logins. Disabling WebRTC, faking browser fingerprint won't hurt either, you can find browser addons for both.

The thing is when you authenticate iconosquare with instagram, that's when you need to use the proxy for sure, after that i'm not sure, whether iconosqure leaks your real ip to instagram or not, so just to be on the safe side, use the proxy for iconosquare too. If you use a fast private proxy, it won't effect the browsing noticeably.

Did You root your android? Excellent. Be careful while flashing things, your phone may get bricked!

Now, to the point. Don't use your phone to log-in those accounts.
Why risk when follow-liker software is doing its work!

Be careful with this advice. I've found what works well for some people, doesn't work at all for others and they get instantly banned. The age of the accounts, and a number of other factors makes each acct unique.

Thank you.My most valuable accounts still are only on Followliker.

What do you recommend to read DMs and other small actions to manage accounts? Igerslike?

Igerslike used to have that function 1 year ago or more. One day it got broken and the owner never fixed it. If you ever think about getting into igerslike, think twice because the owner is very lazy and never gets anything done. He will tell you that he is aware of the issue and working on it every time you ask about it. Which is something I don't like about developers, lying to their customers.

If you want to read DMs, you should probably hire someone to code you a private tool. You'll have full control over the tool and your accounts that way.

Quick question, when configuring ProxyDroid do I just need to create a new profile, enter host and port, and switch proxy on? I see there are a lot of other options but I am not sure whether they are relevant.
