Looking for models to work on website!

So i got an agency with many girls working for me. Till now we were hiring only local girls but i was wondering where to find more models and go international. Could you guys help me out? Girls are allowed to go naked on website but it's completely their decision. We also have opening places for managers who can provide us with girls and earn good as well. I googled "models to hire" and i got BHW link 1st, therefore i am back on this forum after almost a year.

Yes, camwhores is not word for it. Our girls never got naked, althou they are allowed to do it and would probably double their earnings but website is more oriented into finding a so called "soulmate". It's not porn site at all.
 
girls are allowed to get married and date guys, therefore is not a scam :)
 
Its BHW, there's no need to use the same mental loops that white knights on those sites are using. The models are on the site to get guys to fall in love with them so the guys spend money on the site and you get a commission off of it.
 
Yes, commission is their salary. But if they want to stop and be with someone, nobody is stopping them, they are allowed to do it. And you shouldn't talk about BHW in bad words. Not everyone here are scammers and you can learn a lot here.
 
I never talked about BHW in bad words, I was referring to the mental loops that the white knights on webcam sites use. Of course they are allowed to meet people they aren't slaves, but they aren't really interested in meeting some old guy when they either have a bf/husband/gf or they can get a nice one with ease. They will just make the guys think they have a chance with a real relationship but it will not happen. Even if they aren't telling the guys directly, they will still act in ways that make the guys think it.

That might be true yeah. So do you know a way how i could recruit more girls?
 
OP, what is the business model? Where does the money come into the business, besides the guys, if the girls keep clothed?

Do you have a way I could track commission if I join your corporate pimping operation? I don't want you trying to take my bottom bitch.

OF course you have a way, you get your own admin panel where you can track activities of all your girls (chat, video chat, mails etc).

What are the payouts? E.g. weekly/per $20 etc.
How much do the girls make a night?
How much would I make off that?
How many are you looking for?

I'll put some legwork into this if the cash is good, my employer is unreliable and I'm waiting for other stuff to process so I have time on my hands.

It's serious company, you get paid once monthly between 20 - 29 in month for previous month. Example: you will work full march and be paid for that work between 20 - 29 april. Girls don't make fixed income since they don't have fixed hours. Customers subscribe and buy credits, therefore girls earn by minute. Our current record for one girl is 159.76$ in one night. You will earn 15%, company 15% and girl 70%. We are looking for 100 girls, hired 9 today, so 91 more. if serious, we could talk about bigger number. As for how much would you make of that. I will give you example:
You have 10 girls earning each 1000$ per month. This means your monthly salary would be 1500$ by doing nothing.

Current payment options are paypal and skrill. If you would get serious number of girls and become important partner to us and ask us for other payment options, we could make exception. Feel free to ask anything :)
