Here's a quick macro:

TAG POS=1 TYPE=BUTTON ATTR=TXT:Unfollow
SET !VAR2 EVAL("var randomNumber=Math.floor(Math.random()*60); randomNumber;")
WAIT SECONDS={{!VAR2}}

Just go to your Following tab, change 60 to whatever range you deem necessary, and put it in a loop. If for some reason, the js script does not work with your browser, just delete the second line and replace {{!VAR2}} with a number. It works on FF.
