Best Twitter Bot/Software

Hey all,

Looking for a Twitter based bot/local software that can manage most functions and also include a number of accounts. Looking for something that can recognise a few terms and then to be able to message out. Any suggestions much appreciated

FollowLiker does look pretty good but I have not tried it myself. My personal recommendation would be MassPlanner if you have the funds for extra modules.
