First, thanks for your purchase. We do offer refunds after purchase like you did and we do clearly state this in our email that we send you. You have up to 7 days after you purchase your articles to request a refund. Can you please send us your paypal trans ID so that we can refund you?

In regards to passing copyscape, sometimes our content is flagged because it incorporates phrases like "a great way" and "in conclusion" too often. Copyscape then reports the content is not unique, but if you look carefully, the article content is completely unique.

Regardless, we can either write you 20 new articles fresh that are completely copyscape passable or refund you -- whichever you prefer. Please let us know your thoughts!
