Can any of you guys have any idea where these types of VCC's come from & what the difference is between them and the large percentage of others that won't work with Bing Ads and various other sites - (even when they have cash on them)? Could have sworn I saw a decent paragraph or two by someone on here awhile back shedding some light on it, think it may have had to do with the billing address and/or CVV2 but eff if I know where it was. I'd like to be able to understand them to at least some extent so I can avoid getting ripped off and be able to recognize something good when I see it. I even went looking through tor on dw sites but found mostly tons of slow loading broken links and little else of value.. think I recall coming across a forum that had a sub-section about cards but it was locked.
Seems like a lot of forums and such where you may expect to find some useful info tend to just blacklist credit card/VCC related stuff all together, guess it's not worth attracting the hardcore fraud and 'carding' and all. Probably not using the term right but, trying lol. There's a decent forum I know of relating to cracking passwords & all that and even they won't allow discussion. If any of you guys have any info or could point me in the right direction it'd be much appreciated..

Most of the VCC I tried in the past do not work.. Are the Bing VCC guaranteed to work with Bing ads?
