Here are two niche sites with a lot of content and basic adsense setup (small amount of revenue, about $10 monthly without any maintenance).
PoochGroup. com and OurHealth Crisis.com

All of the articles have been hand-written and the websites generate a fair amount of traffic. How much would these sell for?

Selling a 10-month site. Has generated $17k since then. Traffic is paid search, social media and native ads (taboola).

Traffic is brokered but selling the service is where the profit cones from.

Niche: solar panels

Im selling it as I want to focus on bigger projects.

Do you think i could get around $25k-$35k? Obviously profit has been raising as ive been investing a little bit more each month where last month was $2.7k in profit.

So if traffic is paid, I don't see why would your site be worth anywhere near $25k
You are basically selling domain and design.

Im not selling a site but a business basically. 2 different things. Also its roi is around 10-20% so i dont know what the deal is in selling a profitable business though.

Ohh and by the way, the total earnings are 19k not 17k.

I guess buyers prefer to have organic, passive traffic when buying a site.
But it's interesting to sell a business, still buyers have to buy traffic and actually make a roi, nobody guarantees that same targeting and bidding will work forever, and not everybody knows how to optimize campaign.

Well thats the special thing about my business

I broker the data to actual companies (or cpa networks) and this way i get a consistent roi instead of me buying tge traffic directly.

I buy the service from company A and sell them to companies B, C and D

If i was buying traffic directly i wouldnt sell it as i know there's variance and everything

Age of the site 15 years old, I have owned it for 14 years.

Main traffic sources 60% Google, 20% Pinterest, 10% Facebook, 10% Dircect traffic. It is 100% organic traffic.

The main monetization method Advertising being handled by a private ad network

Brief overview of the site It is a women's content site, with over 3,500 unique articles (none were purchased) covering multiple main categories. It has two active Facebook communities (over 200K real fans in each), multiple active Pinterest Boards, a Twitter account (used rarely), and a fairly new (6 months old) Instagram account.

Traffic is approximately 675,000 unique visitors per month, 80% U.S. traffic, 1.7 million PVs monthly.

I think it is a good domain name for a health and wellness site. I could see it consisting of a bunch of information about juice recipes while monetizing through selling blenders or juicers maybe through Amazon affiliate?

I have a site that I'm looking to sell. It's 8 months old, 2000 uniques per month and rising, page views for the last 30 days was 12100. One of the 3 main keywords is top 5, 4500 US searches and the average revenue for the last 3 months is $235 for Amazon affiliate bounties and $65 in Adsense, although this month the Amazon commision looks like hitting over $300 as the more smaller keywords are on the first page. The niche is in home ware sector.

I tried to sell with EmpireFlippers but they rejected it as it is under $500 per month in revenue.
