Your first application was actually never even received by our team for Review -- because you didn't validat your email. So, it was stuck in a 'Pending' state.
If possible, we prefer only 1 application per person and for the person to provide more info concerning it in private - if they want us to take another look at it.

I got approved two weeks ago and an affiliate adviser emailed me for more info, and I gave it. I haven't got any reply from him since then!
I commented here about the issue, and you told me that he added me on Skype, which he didn't. but I still messaged him and added to contact, he accepted me but still no reply?
I just need help with setting up an landing page and want to know when my traffic sources will be reviewed so I that 25 leads/day restriction ends!?

Quite comprehensive an d timely, From my opinion, I think the best option is to serve the right ad, make it seem as friendly as possible and popup ads should be stopped. Pop ads are one of the major reasons people love ad block because it kind of "invades the system" and also user's privacy.
Then let contents be invisible for ad block users, this will cause people to pause it most of the time, and at such may not enable it anymore.
It's really a war, but kind of tricky because the users has more power here.
Hence the twist, that is know what the users really want, why they hate ads, and how to improve on it, and then remind them to disable the plugin.
