Hi all,

I consider myself a Shopify Expert, but an Instagram nOOb. So here goes.

I have 2 accounts, 2 different niches, but I am sure that the 2nd account will be able to help promote the 1st account.

Account 1: About 1 month old, currently on 1064 followers and 2754 followings. Got it to this all manual, and started botting today, Since my followings are so high, I started with an unfollow action.

Account 2: 1 week old, 7 followers, 46 following. Botting started today, very slow and on follow and unfollow at the same time. I want to the keep the following below the followers on this account.

Bought FollowLiker today after watching about a million tutorials. Since I am only doing 2 accounts, I am not using any proxies as yet.

I am using Socialblade for analytics (any other nice free ones to use?)

I have already setup my shopify store, and had 1 order to date. I know it's a bit early to start the store, but wanted to get everything ready, and try and push some traffic from my other social accounts, but so far they suck pretty hard, so I want to focus all my energy on Instagram

Good luck have fun, watch out and don't push it.
Most important thing, set ur expectations low.. Otherwise you will get de-motivated.
You won't grow with 1k followers a day, unless you're really lucky haha.

I see that account 1 is soft blocked from following new users, so I slowed down on the botting even more. Account 1 is getting about 50-70 likes on a post, which seems way too little for 1000 followers? Am I using wrong hashtags you think?

how many hashtags are you using ?? did you research them ?? anyway you should get way higher likes (around 10%) without any hashtags this is from my research

I am using between 25 - 30, trying to do popular hashtags in my niche. I am getting a way more likes from non followers (about 67%). Does that mean that my followers are bad for my niche? I also duplicate a lot of hastags, have a list that I copy & paste, is that bad?

Made a post this morning with 2 hastags, and got about 30 likes. Made other one with no hashtags and got 5 likes. Could it be the wrong time of day or wrong type of followers?

When I was still in manual mode for account 1, I would go to VERY big accounts (10 million +) and follow those users, in the app. Should I rather be looking at smaller competitors and follow their users?

At the moment, the bio link is the only way, and my username & domain matches 100%, not sure if that helps, but won't hurt I suppose.

Thanks for that - hopefully the domain never incurs a ban! That would suck. Might be a good idea to get a couple of back up domains on different TLD's to be safe.

Try following smaller competitor account followers, take like 200-500 k and report back how it works out. Or it could be that your content is so shitty that nobody wants to tap their finger twice for that so you could try changing that as well. I am not posting any hashtags on my pictures and getting around 10% likes and few comments.

Okay, so here is the plan of action for Account 1. Stop the unfollowing, and start following smaller account's users. In my eyes my content is good, but I suppose that is always the case. You will always think that your content is good, so maybe I must get a few opinions on that as well.

Well, I got into this Instagram account growing thing quite recently, I just wanted to start faster so I didn't put much effort into the content. Just picked some stuff off Tumblr for 7 of my accounts, spending like 5 minutes on each account to gather ~50 pics so I can't say that my content is good, it's pretty bad in my own eyes actually. But it still gets around 10 % likes which is quite ok.
You're using followliker, right? I'm not sure if there is such option but on MassPlanner, there is an option to "follow people who interacted with target account pictures". So basically, you can take like 10 big competitor accounts, put them on the list and your bot will follow those people who liked or commented your competitor's pictures. So basically, you would be following people who are not lazy to like or comment stuff.

Account 1 started following again, based on some of the recommendations above. I still think there is massive problems with my engagements, but that might be me following the wrong crowd. On Account 2 the engagement is awesome.

I added a 3rd account. This is actually an account that is more than a year old, I just completely forgot that I had it. Will start botting with it as well

Things are slow, but thanks a lot for all the input and help so far.

I've heard that this leads to a ban quite often but I am not sure about it myself.

have you ever considered WooCommerce+WordPress? It's way cheaper than shopify.
