ALL proxies ( about 3000), tested by SuperHAC, failed. I think, you have to recheck your proxies-checking process.
Even paied proxies, good for Google accounts, marked like failed.
P.S. i have cable Internet connection, may be this reason.

I bought superhac to create unlimited email accounts. The software didn't work for a long time and now I'm limited to the numbers of accounts I can create with the software. I don't like that.

i tried many different proxies - from paid and free sites. From 4300 proxies - all of them failed!
But i used same proxies for Google and Facebook - all is ok.

For a while phone verification was coming up frequently, but it seems to be coming up less now. Have you checked recently?

Go to config>>connection and turn off the HMA test. See if that helps
