   He goes mad, builds the black hole and the world ends.

Here in my county the penalty for spamming chat rooms is 5 years to life.

It depends on your jurisdiction really, I think Alabama has the toughest laws on chat room spam, I think last year 1.3 million chat room spammers were castrated there.

Texas is unusually tolerant with chat room spam, penalties range from anal rape to forceful coitus with a chimp. Nothing harsh though.

But seriously, I think the real question you should ask is: should I build a bot for Omegle because really is that worth it? Unless you know something I don't this sounds like a giant waste of time..

There is no country where is forbidden by law to POST messages in Forums/Guestbooks/Chat/Wiki... by law is forbidden only sending of unsolicited Emails and only this actually is called SPAM...

Nothing can happen to you, the worst what can be, is that u'll be banned on all those chat-rooms...
There is no country where is forbidden by law to POST messages in Forums/Guestbooks/Chat/Wiki... by law is forbidden only sending of unsolicited Emails and only this actually is called SPAM...
