In the post it says "Don?t overuse it, excessive use of media, after almost every sentence is weird"... but the post itself uses it after every sentance. It's....... weird.

This seems like a very useful tool because it's a hassle loading pictures to WordPress.
This can definitely come in handy.
You might also want to include YouTube or Vimeo video services, why stop at pictures?
In terms of added features, you might want to also look into built in search features.
This way if I'm writing up a blog post and let's say I want to feature a picture of a cat, then I just need to enter
"cat" and certain images would show up, or a video, and I could easily click and they would automatically get published.
Either way, you're definitely doing us a great service creating this plugin.

Btw, the search feature you suggested is already there , just check the instruction video on my post, or play with it (you just need to choose the [search term] option and then click your "cat".
