Currently getting 12% conversion rate... And this whole week was like that, but 2 months ago, easily 40-50%.
And also, under "Your Top Offers Today" section I have a lot more then what counts as conversion, my thinking is that those users installed apps but OGAds didn't count it as conversion.
Any solutions or recommendations for other CPI networks?

Hi there, We had an issue for a week where the postbacks were being lost, we have been adding them for all users over the past week so any leads you may have got that didnt credit will be slowly added to your account! please message me on skype ben.ogmobi and i will be able to assist you.. i dont know why you wrote on BHW instead of asking your account manager as it affects our reputation when you write things and we've updated the dashboard for everyone to see we were having issues for 4 days of that week.

The stats can take up to 15 minutes to refresh, please be aware of this when you are promoting, you seem to have posted this straight away without asking any manager on support please in the future do not write such things as our stats are perfectly fine and they can take time, they are not "instant" like some networks are as the processing is done on a 15 minute refresh job for the dashboard.

Monkey485, you continue to write on here without asking your manager or for any help from our staff ??? also asking for other suggestions for networks, it looks to me like you are trying to make us look bad, your traffic quality from this screenshot looks poor and is converting poorly our average instagram conversion rates are 30-40% if you can add me on skype ben.ogmobi i will be glad to review your traffic source and help you to improve your conversion rate.

If your application was denied, certainly you can re-apply but please ensure that you enter ALL of the required fields properly and make sure to leave a detailed application for us, if you write stupid things in the application then it will obviously be denied... We have upped the ante and are now seeking to review ALL entries with some detail in order to make sure we are bringing quality publishers into the network!
How to re-apply ? use another email ?

I was really excited to use ogads and try out the mobile rewards wall, but I have been unable to add any rewards. My manager tells me that this is being worked on by your developer, but knows nothing besides that. When can I expect this issue to be fixed? It wasn't working when I first tried using it on Friday (could have been broken for longer), and still hasn't been fixed today.
