So, I have a doubt.

This website,
www.getyourexbackpermanently.com is ranking 1 in these keywords
"how to get ex back"
"how to get love back"
"how to get boyfriend back" etc.

My question is, how does that site rank in different keywords? That is a micro niche site with only one page content.

PLease help.

Thanks!

Simple as people click trough the link and spend time on the website. They find relevant content according to their search term or have a massive quantity of good backlinks "get ex back" related. If you have a dog website you can still rank for "why my cat eats poop" just because your "This is why your dog eats poop" is really good and solve the concern. This is exactly why quality content is the queen and the king is your backlinks strategy.

Does that mean that if I write really good article about "how to shit upside down" and build massive backlinks, will people searching in google "My shit smells bad" will see my site?

If your content does explain about it or if it has similar keywords and if few of the backlinks you received are from the site who's content explains about "My shit smells bad", you should be ranking for that

Hmm.... But what if my site has only landing page, that explains about shit, but no on page seo. But I have a lot of backlinks from websites talking shit. Will i rank for it?

OP, it is clear that you need to learn the basics of SEO.
Also that site is not just one page of content and it ranks for other long tail keywords.

With the help of long tail keyword and unique content, that website is ranking better in search engines.. Please learn the basics of SEO in this forum. Go through all the topics :)

Absolutely not, because people won't find an answer. People searching for "My shit smells bad" probably want to know which type of food is better for their stomach. People searching for "how to shit upside down" probably want to know how to shit in different ways. The bounce rate will kill your articles, since the topics are totally different.

Not sure but I would say op is trolling.
