Don't use a coupon add some of your own money into the account first.If you are straightaway going to put a coupon in your account it will get banned.I have experienced it in the past.My account was perfectly working fine and i was promoting a CPA offer,but after using a $100 coupon from Fiverr,it got banned right after that.
