Gmail Account Creator (BOT) Needed

I need a coder who can make a Gmail account creator.
(with manual phone verification system)

features needed:

# proxies support,
# set time to wait for txt
# software will take firstname and lastname from my given txt file.
# Advanced proxy support. ( I will give proxy list which authenticated by IP)
# Software will export/output the generated accounts in a txt / excel file in this format: firstname:lastname:username:security answer (if added security question)hone number.
# Thirdparty captcha support (anticaptcha.com / decaptcher.com)
# Software will do everything automatically, but, popup a phone number box , after i enter phone number there will show another popup box for sms code entering.

AntiCaptcha cost 80 cent per k captchas.
do u have cheaper offer than that?

Did the coder work out for you? Let me know if not I have been thinking about this project for some time and have not implemented the ideals on this yet.
