Is my Technology blog on the right track?

Just looking for some feedback on my new gadget and technology blog im starting up. I've applied basic seo and have some content just started.

looking for feedback on how it seems overall. colour scheme, ease of use. Just anything you guys with more experience have a keen eye for.

No ads implemented yet, will do later once it is more established.

i cant link it directly as im a newbie aparently, all good

appreciate any feedback, would LOVE suggestions if i'm on the right or wrong path and what you would do differently

No promotion, there no affiliate marketing, adsense or any ad revenue of any kind to be made, just a genuine search for advice and opinions with those much more experienced than i am

i will add in my marketing way down the track when this thread is long forgotten about.

i think your logo is too big? might wanna size down that a little so that it doesnt eats away almost all the screen upon page load. color scheme would be your branding, might wanna stick to something you really like. and lastly, if you are into those stuff geniunely, just continue doing it, dont stop and love what you are doing, there are no shortcuts for earning big time on those kind of ventures so dont get discourage if you wont see fast bucks rolling in.

Hi Hoolign, I just looked at your blog and one of the main things that stood out to me was the default wordpress sidebar which could defiantly be enhanced and improved easily, there are several plugins and tutorials on the internet which could help you add some new features to it. Aside from the sidebar I think the general look and idea of your website is good, keep adding unique content and let time rank your site on search engines, goodluck.

yes i thought that too, ive now changed it, looks much better i think.
i will also take alook at these menus. I have just added adsense and getting positioning right. thanks for your help, no need to visit my site anymore if you dont want to ( I dont want to promote it now my adsense is active), but i appreciate the feedback. really enjoying getting into the whole SEO world

Your logo is too big, you should also try uploading a higher quality one. Use png is keeps more quality with smaller size.

Am no expert but i feel you should also fix the navigation bar add more links in it and take a look at the footer too, cheers.
