IG "report" bot - is it possible to report your competitor's shared photos?

I was wondering if something like this exists or is even possible?

I'm looking for a bot (or just wondering) if it is possible to automatically report someone's shared pictures either by account name or by hashtag or something like that? obviously not the most ethical tactic, just want to see the possibilities and would be interested in maybe using this as a tool.

obviously an awesome suggestion, however, this is how me and my competition get most of our leads. we promote the same "service/product" so it all depends on who's "ad" our customers see first or more often.

Giving our customers a better service/product is always something we strive for, but it is not what this post is about. thanks for your help!
