Anyone else get this when trying to make new accounts?

Made one account successfully, tried making another account and this shows up when hitting "sign up" in the browser.
Tried logging into the first account created and logs in normally. Do you think it's an IP thing?

I've never had this problem before and I've created over 30 accounts. 3 accounts/private proxy

where are you making the accounts.

Yes, this error happens because of the proxy you are using.

yup instagram. using the browser

they know that you are trying to use the same proxy to create account for many times

what. this is the 2nd account on this proxy
like i said i only make 3 accounts per proxy. first time this has happened
