i am getting into this, what crime he actually did if he bought some services from here, did he sexually abused any user here or any affiliation with them.

Rumour has it, he was uploading videos to porn sites of his balls being licked by his dog. And personally I don't think it is just rumours.

About 3 weeks before he was arrested I noticed the twitter handle @GodofSEO was not used, me and charles had a bit of history previously (he stole content ideas from me), but I saw this as a good opportunity to parody him and registered it.

Within 48 hours he found out, he knew it was me (I offered to sell it him) but he just got annoyed and had a mongish rage attack. It only really got interesting when he was arrested.

I am 100% convinced I broke the story, I was up late on night, checked the BBC website and saw they arrested a 19 year old from solihull for hacking the government, but also child porn. I tweeted it thinking it was a joke, turned out it was actually him. I knew where he was from and I knew he made claims of being interviewed about hacking websites before, it made sense.

6 hours later I am getting phone calls from some birmingham hood rat threatening to delete the twitter account or he will burn down my parents home. Nice right? He knew the address, he knew my dads name but they got my mothers name wrong... I thought that's interested and they worried me enough to have someone watch over their house for a week.

But I told the twat to go fuck himself and carried on.

Since then, he has totally rebranded himself and life goes on. But don't for a minute think that charles is just a kid that made a mistake, the lad is a complete grade A cunt of the highest possible order. He deserves nothing in life, nothing.

He's the only person I've come across where if he was made homeless and lived in a bin, that would be too good for him. Fuck him.

Edit: Of course Charles is not the only live at home IM "millionaire", there are others like CEOSam and more... but the difference is they are relatively harmless. They might push some shitty product on you every now and then for us to laugh at, but they would not threaten harm on someone or steal from them... or download mother and son incest porn.

Charles has a history of stealing, lying, criminal hacking charges and fuck knows what else. He belongs in the gutter. CEOSam might wake up one day and realise he's been a fool, I think charles will just get worse and end up inside for a long time.

That either says something about the quality of the content here or the users. While I agree most scrape the bottom, some people (like me) are happy just to make anything. (Which I've never done) I don't understand the culture created by the other 10%. This we won't spoon feed you, elitist, hateful attitude. I've been here since 2004 and seen this forum just get more cut throat over time.

Charles may be a shitty person, I don't know him. Some of his content was pretty helpful. Although apparently stolen from other sources.

Its not true..its hardly three months..and i have made around 60 buks here without any hard effort..so making money is easy here if you are creative.

Meathead is doing a great job spoon feeding newbies by teaching them how to create a Amazon website. It's spot on too. I'm following it myself. So no, the other 10% isn't full of "we won't spoon feed you, hateful, elitist" attitudes.

You also have to realize that (and I am so sick of saying this) the people who act like jackasses probably are jackasses. They aren't acting. If that makes us elitist and hateful, well then boohoo. Being judged by a stranger on the internet is hardly heartbreaking. But those same people will also bend over backwards to help other people who are genuinely trying and are stuck, or need actual help. I know several of them. I've reached out to them, and they gave me awesome, solid advice that genuinely worked and made me see success.

The forum is what it is. A lot of the members here are older and wiser, and it reflects in their posts. Some of us just don't like bullshit. Some of us are trolls. But that doesn't mean that we aren't helpful. Otherwise we wouldn't keep seeing success threads being posted.

I'd also like to point out that your account says you've been here since 2010. How have you been on this forum since 2004? And more importantly, why haven't you made anything online?

I agree, there are SOME helpful people here. It's just all too common for a thread to turn into a flaming. My point was some people put out great content, but are jerks in real life, or "offline". Apparently into sex with animals or whatever. Not my business.

You're right in a sense that it's just people on the internet. You can be and do what you want within the confines of the rules. I don't want to hijack this thread and make it about me and my pathetic attempts online to make money.

Just sucks that people who try to help out get bashed for their choices in their personal life. We've all done something stupid at one time or another.
