***hell yeah***taking action***journey to $100/day

Already 36 hours and still nothing? There is something wrong. Your configuration or that host suck badly. Anyway I wish you good luck. I am starting my "journey" too, but will start thread only after basic steps will be complete :-)
Good Luck to you too.
Yeah, 36 hours and site is still not up. I am moving to a new host today. :)

I see you are going with amazon. I assume you are referring to amazon affiliate? Make sure that the good keywords are keywords from people who are looking to buy products man. 36000 searches and easy ranking sounds like a keyword that might not be buyer focused.

I appreciate your views.. :) And I know how important it is to find a niche that is buyer focused. My keyword consists of three words in the form "buy *********** *************" So you see, the first word is buy, so I think it is a buyer focused niche, good for amazon. :)

Holy cow! Now my website is facing a 404 error. Fuck. :3

Expenditure: $1.51
Earning: $0

12 Hours later, my website is still stuck on 404 error. :3

Why do I get that feeling 1and1 is behind this shit? :3

Total expenditure: $1.51
Total earnings: $0

Although 1&1 is a fake fugly service, it's not their fault that people fall for their scams. They literally target people who have cents in their pocket and believe shit can be that cheap.

No. Cheap stuff is cheap. If you want to take stuff seriously, try hosting services that actually cost more than a couple cents. You can't cheat the system, pay a couple penny's and reach 100 daily. I'd recommend BlueHost and NameCheap. Like I said, either go all in or don't try. Doing SEO on a domain that cost a penny looks unprofessional. Get a domain for 9-12 bucks, hosting for 9-12 a month and you're good.

Clear your computer's DNS cache.

Cmd -> type in "ipconfig /flushdns"

Then go to your site and ctrl + f5

I see. But 1and1 has that promotional service for a year. After a year, the price is 14$.

Every Domain registrar lets us buy the domain at $1 for the first year, eg, GoDaddy. So I bought that.

Bluehost's Hosting service is $3/m. I am using Interserver, which costs $5/m, after hearing good reviews about them.

Namecheap is a name I want to stay away from, cuz I was scammed once by them.

Paying a couple of cents to reach hundred is not my target. I have a few dollars to invest. But if they offer domain so cheap for the first year, why shouldn't I grab the opportunity?

Thanks! :)

I think 1and1 is a good company! I worked there before and the support team is really awesome.
I was just thinking the same thing, the DNS setup maybe setup incorrectly. Usually it would only
take minutes to propagate specially when the domain is still new.

Site is up and running. :)

However, on checking with what's my DNS, the statistics are not pretty.

There seems to be a lot of red marks. Will that drive my clients away? Should I switch to a new domain registrar?

Please suggest!

Thanks!

How can the DNS set up incorrectly? How can I prevent that?

may be because they are.404 error, try to ping your domain and check if its pointing at your server, also try ipconfig/flushdns cloudflare is simple just signup and the rest is pretty self explanatory just don't mess up with the default setting if you don't know what you are doing or you encounter and error related to cloudflareand Goodluck for your journey :) i don't know why the space between the lines are not working, i wrote it in proper format

Thanks, my website is up and running as of now. :)

However, whats my DNS says that my website is unavailable through various networks. That scares me.

Will that drive away my visitors?

Thanks!!
