If I get opportunity then must I'll develop a site. I'll try to generate above 100k active traffics. Then I'll sell there my own services and from these profit I'll develop another popular Amazon shop and must I'll earn more from these business.

$10k is enough amount for starting any business. If you are creative in investment then must you'll able to make profit. Now I'll describe about two methods.
First, create a sites and develop it. Must your targeted traffics will be above $40000 in your site. If you don't have personal worker then you need to hire at least 15 people for first time. Always try to generate active traffics. If you can generate 5% active traffics that would be enough task. 5% active traffics means you'll found above 2000 active traffics in your account.
If you are able to do it then must you'll found few guys who are interested to sell your product in your site. For first time you'll take $10 per selling thread. When your site will become highly reputed then you'll take above $25 per selling thread. Please don't permit traffics to post any irrelevant links or threads. I hardly believe that if you are able to do it then you'll be millionaire within 3 years. Just you have to invest few time for these project. Take 2 month for these purpose. After that time the freelancer's task will be marketing your site and generate more traffics, moderator's task will be moderate your site and you'll be the owner and power moderator. Please handle all of things safely and carefully. Permit the freelancer to continue at least 100 signature links in 100 reputed sites where clients and freelancers are available. At first time give opportunity to work without any charge. When you'll able to generate above 1000 clients and 20000 freelancers then fixed a charge each transaction.

yes, you're right.
I would like to make decent money with that (no numbers now, online businesses' earnings may vary). Any long term business is cool.
Now, I have no exceptional skills, but I have time and I am ready to learn. I made a local (national) classified ads website that I think I can make money from it.
