You can do multiple things depending on where you're located. There's always a demand for marketers, people that are willing to put themselves out there to "sell." If you're committed to just sitting behind a computer then you're going to have to grind. Find something that people want to buy and find ways to promote it. Instagram is one way to go, but don't put all your eggs in one basket.
If you think you have what it takes to sell locally then learn everything you can from forums like this and sell your "marketing system" to local businesses. For instance, you can help a local shoe store "liquidate" their overstocks. Ask for an initial set up fee, and then "commission" off what you helped them sell.
Think about how you can apply with you've learned here in the most feasible ways possible. Don't try to write 1,000 blogs for $5/article. Think about the opportunity costs. Find the best methods that fits in well with your current circumstance.
Lastly, I advise you to be patient. It's good to set goals, but a running full speed without having a clear action plan means you're just wasting your time.
Good luck man.
