Some web 2.0 questions

So i have read alot that web 2.0 are good for tier 1 and pass alot of link juice. my question is; do you create for each page you wanna rank of your money site a couple web 2.0s or do you create these web 2.0s for your whole money site and create new posts on the 2.0s for every page you wanna rank of your money site? and do you need to rank these web 2.0s sites?

I try to search it on the forum but i can't find it. If these are easy questions to search please let me know how to search such easy questions so i don't have to ask such useless questions again lol...

I do new web 2.0s for every page that I want to rank. This way if a few web 2.0s get taken down, it won't hurt my entire operation.

Thanks, do you index your 2.0s too for a certain keywords?

Create several web 2.0s and point them to your money site. Create several social bookmarks (or another link type) and point them to the web 2.0s. This will help with indexing and is known as tiered link building.

2.0's - tier 1
social bookmarks - tier 2

Each 2.0 can target one or multiple pages, but you should have it go like this:

2.0 #1 ---> money site
2.0 #2 ---> money site.com/inner page

It varies. I try to mix it up.

Every web 2.0 points to 1-3 pages on money site01. Then it can link to another money site02 or just let it pass all the juice to only one site.
