Finally got someone on chat. He says this is peak season and they are crazy but they are working on addressing outstanding emails. My book should be done by Thursday. If anyone needs help, he said to send an email to the admin address, attention Clarice. She's one of the project leads. He said she will address your email as soon as she sees it and she checks the mail daily.

axedbydax, how did you contact chat? I'm feeling like I've gotten scammed. I was told on April 6th that my book was queued for "checks" and I would have it last weekend. James T, my support contact, never responds. I've sent emails to admin and sales with no response. I just want my book!

My project was ordered on March 11th! This is awful! Just give me my book!!

Still waiting? Maybe they should look after the customers that have paid instead of giving away freebies..

I have sent them numerous emails, nothing. I have the Better Business Bureau up and am going to file a complaint. They are absolutely horrible. Guru, Upwork, Freelancer are much better choices.

@ sunlitsky8, When you go to the site and login, there's an online chat box at the lower right part of the site. Just post your message there and somebody will respond. Good luck with it. I'm still waiting for my articles...after the 12'th hour, I will ask for a refund or file a dispute. Will also contact BHW admin for help.

Thank you. I tried that, nothing. I've sent numerous emails, nothing. It seems like they stole my $120. Never again. They are awful. Good luck with the refund, they wouldn't credit my PayPal account, they only returned my money as credits which is why I had them write this book for me. Looks like they ran off with my money How can I get BHW admin to help, too? Have you tried PMing Epic Write on here? I don't have enough posts.

Just filed a PayPal dispute. BBB is next.

@sunlitsky8, I think you can create a thread for it and the admin will give them 48 hours to respond. Good luck with your dispute. If nothing happens today, I will file mine too.

Just a piece of advice if you don't mind OP, reading this thread it seems you have some trouble with deadlines, you should not accept too much work at the same time and keep a definite number of tasks in your todo list
