I don't understand the part where you say that use a proxy or VPN service to create accounts on different web 2.0 platforms.
I don't think Google can sniff the IP address of the user running the blog. Randomizing usernames/e-mail should work better IMO.

Hi, I'm appreciating your point. I can not create web 2.0 blog network due to I don't have proxy or vpn, even I don't know the source where i can use free proxy or vpn. I fear if my site gets penalize. Can you please tell me the way to make web 2.0 blog network without using vpn or proxy? Can I create 7 web 2.0 blog from same ip? Thank you.
