Only do that thought if you know what you doing in some laptops to get to the GPU and CPU you need take apart pretty much the whole thing which is quite a long and complicated process cleaning the fans usually drops the temperature to decent levelsBuy a good thermal paste and replace it on the CPU and GPU, and also clean the fan...that will fix your temperature problem
Have you tried using it in an industrial freezer? If you don't have access to an industrial freezer, you can always use my cheaper and more portable method that I use. What you need is a cat litter tray or something similar and a bag of ice cubes.

Wouldn't it just be easier to water cool it and submerge the keyboard portion of the laptop in the cat litter tray filled with water?
If you use de-ionised water you will get away with it. Just microwave it after to get it dry.
