It's not 1 month old. PR hasn't been updated since Dec 2013. It's 3 year old news.

Who cares? PR was just a Google authority metric - it died long ago, even before updates stopped as people were able to manipulate it through various means. Even DA/PA, Trust and Citation flow, while a bit better, can be manipulated. To many people put an emphasis on the numbers, without actually looking at the link profile. Invest in Ahrefs, Majestic or some other tool - you'll be doing yourself a favor.

PR was a direct indicator as to how good is your site in terms of SEO for Google. Of course they stopped publicly updating it 3 years ago. Not showing it anymore, even old stats is no big deal. I doubt any respectable SEO agency used it anymore.

Page rank was officially dead long back. These days uniqueness of the site along with avg CTR gives boost to the pages. I hope in coming days Google may also devalue blog and profile links.
