got a huge problem with competition stealing content from my website and re-publishing on their own site with bad comments trying to ruin my business.
website is protected by cloud flare and they do not react to DCMA complaints! which ever advertising we try this sites takes the content, re-publishes and ruins reputation. any ideas how to get things taken down ?

Contact their hosting provider and explain the situation, may be they could help you, just send a threat notice, and they may get feared.

This is the only way to get the content down. Most of the hosting providers respond to the threat.

the problem is that the hosting company is masked by cloud flare ! and cloud flare does not react to multiple complaints ! this has been going on for months now!

Contact the host and their advertisers, it usually works.

impossible to find the hosting! cloud flare is masking it!

Isn't cloudflare from usa?

I believe they should response to dmca complaints.
They have toll free number, have you tried talking to them?

yes I did call them. the lady I spoke to basically put down the phone on me!
they DO NOT REPLY!

Have you tried complaining at abuse page

i am sure, if you find an legal person, they can send a complaint to them, also try submitting form with copyright infrigement.

The only way for you is, get them with a legal notice, and they will take care for sure.

yes filled in the DCMA complaint page several times! nothing!

Contact domain registrar maybe?

Domain registrar not going to help much, its the hosting who have capability to take the content down.

So its worth getting solution from hosting company, but since cloudfare is masking it, first they should get some legal threat, which can take them serious action.

I could help you contact their hosting. I'll PM you in a second.
