Okay, I have just received my report and here's my review. Some of the links that aren't provided showed up in ahrefs some time last week, after inspecting them closely they were quite "bland"... BUT at the same time, not super spammy like your average PBN (they were not pbn links). These would easily pass manual inspections.

One thing I was disappointed with was that the anchors I gave were not followed correctly, there are 2-3 exact matches for each one and because this is a fairly new page could get picked up as spammy. However, because there is not a huge number of them I will just build a few naked urls to ensure it doesn't get hit.

Although not all the links have been indexed yet, I have seen great movement on a keyword from #24 to now being #11... as more of these links get indexed I am sure there will be some more serious movement. Overall a great service by seoguy99!
