2checkout Payment Issue

Hi,


I recently signed up with 2checkout. And got some new sales. For Indian, 2checkout offer NEFT payment option for direct transfer to their bank account. So i updated all the information where swift code is required too. I tried to find Swift code for my bank branch. But its not showing on there. I called my bank 3 times. and each time they gave me 3 different Swift codes. I tried all 3 of those but payment is still getting declined on 2checkout.

So is there any BHW member from Punjab, Ludhiana. Who can help me with correct swift code if you are using 2checkout. My bank is ICICI bank.

Swiftcode is based on country or may be city , how your bank is giving you 3 different Swiftcodes ?

I am sure issue is with your bank swift code , i am using 2Checkout from past 5 years and never faced any single delay in payment (except holidays)

It's the Swift code, ring your bank again and ask to speak to a manager. They're obviously not well trained on Swift codes in the call centre, hence you getting conflicting information.

Yes. I think they are not giving me the correct one. and now today i visited my bank branch and they came up with a 4th one lol. Going to try that one now.

Swift code changed upon domestic or international transfer so the bank isn't giving you the right one imo.

I am regularly using 2checkout since now I didn't faced any problems regarding payment. So I think the problem may be with your network connection or bank account... You can check out with your network provider....

That's really strange that they are giving you 4 different swift codes... Have you checked the bank website? Most of times, they mention such information on the website too.

I dont; think its something to do with network. Something wrong with bank.

Yes i told them that it will be from US but they will be doing NEFT so money will be coming in as INR currency. They are confused with last 4 digits.

Yes I checked on their website as well. My branch code is not listed there. I think i will have to transfer my bank account to that different branch which have swift code listed on the website.

Used this official site since last 10 years for Swift records - swift.com/bsl/. Not all banks have swift code. Sometime main branch's swiftcode would work to.
