The Marketplace question

I have a little question regarding The Marketplace section.
I'm interested in post a thread there but it says:

You must be Jr. VIP or above and infraction free to post in this section. Please click here to upgrade.
NOTE you must have 100 quality posts and have been a member for 60+ days to qualify for Jr. VIP. If you don?t, you won?t be able to see the Jr. VIP option.

When I enter in the membership url, appears two options:

Option 1:

Jr. VIP Membership
If you have been a member of the forum for at least 60 days, and have made at least 100 posts, your $97 donation will promote you to a Jr. VIP membership, which allows you to access the hidden Jr. VIP forums.

Option 2:

Marketplace Thread - ONLY USE AFTER APPROVAL PM received
For Marketplace thread payment only.
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO PAY BEFORE YOUR THREAD HAS BEEN APPROVED and you have been notified via PM. Early payments will not be accepted.

My question is... to post in The Marketplace should I need to buy "Jr. VIP Membership" and "Marketplace Thread" both options?
Or just the "Marketplace Thread" option?

Actually yes if you read the point 2.
Once you have created your thread, it will go into a moderation queue. You will receive a pm with a link to manage the approval process this will then be picked up by a BHW mod. Make sure your thread is a final edit. Once you have submitted your thread, changes can be made by PM'ing Mr Apricot , OldSalt or Nuf Ced. The cost for this will be $30.

to apply for bst all u need i jr vip and be free from infractions
u post your sales thread request wait about a week if u hear nothing
contact apricot. if approved u pay 30$ if not u dont.
