Survey Auto Filler?

Hey guys I am just wondering if any of you know a good Survey auto filler out there. It can be a browser plug-in one or standalone software. It would be great if it can learn new questions so it adapts it if that question/type of question pops up online again.

looks interesting but does it allow you to either learn questions or add custom questions? It seems it might be good for basics but what if question asks you "what is your race" or "what is your income"...not the most typical questions but still asked in surveys
