How to Effectively Post Multiple ads in Craigslist?

Craigslist seems to only allow you to post per city. There are tens of thousands of cities in the world.
How do I post my sale ad if I want to sell worldwide? It only allows me to sell in specific cities like San Francisco or Sydney or London for example. So if I posted a sale ad in SF, only people in SF would see it right?

I can see how if you want to sell something in person, posting within your city makes sense. But what if what I am selling
doesn't require anyone to be local? What if I want to sell globally? Do you really have to go and post 50 times the same ad
in 50 different cities in craigslist? Isn't there a one-stop place where you can post a sale, and be exposed to the entire country or even world (like ebay)?

Also, doesn't craigslist ban you if you post in multiple cities? I think there was some policy that said you are not allowed to post in X number of cities simultaneously? Not sure.

a. Yes, you do have to post in every city if you want every city to see it
b. Craigslist will ban the hell out of you if you try to post in every city
c. Yes, you can overcome those blocks, but it's really difficult. You have to have a phone verified account, the number has to match the IP, content has to be unique, and you can only use each account once every 48 hours. So you get 15 posts/month per phone verified account. Not that much.

Generally it's not worth poking that beast with a stick unless you want to spend months really learning it.

You're not allowed to post in multiple cities, but there's one guy I saw a few months ago posting in multiple cities here in California. I checked about a month ago and he's still at it. Since we're not allowed to discuss Craigslist here, I can't openly discuss what he was doing, but if you find someone doing it, it's not hard to figure out.

Craigslist discussion is not permitted in the general public forums. Jr VIPs have access to classified ad marketing discussion.

You can post more than one ad. The limit is usually about three ads per city, per day.

If I'm not mistaken, I believe some places I had to have phone verification but most international locations, I was able to just post without any verification other than just click a link in my email to publish it. Right now, I only post 1-2 times per day in craigslist but I choose different cities around the world.

It's kind of like a gambling game where I think I can find a buyer in which city. For example I just posted in Bangalore India and Auckland NZ. Next time I'll try 2 different cities. I don't know, is this really the only thing one can do with craigslist?

Any other sites like ebay or craigslist where I can try to sell new items (dropship) but not amazon.

Did you not read my post, sashablack? I clearly said that we aren't allowed to discuss CL methods here.

Before you say anything about the rest of my post, as far as I'm aware, no details have ever been provided on the rule, so I've always assumed it pertained only to discussing tactics, not mentioning their TOS section or if I saw someone breaking their TOS. In fact, one of the reasons I made this assumption was because of threads like this one from 2013 about CL scams existing (a moderator even commented in that thread), despite warnings being issued about discussing CL in 2012. Now, if you can find evidence to counter my argument, then by all means post it.

However, the fact that you not only didn't read the rest of my post, but that you posted such a derogatory response insinuating that I'm degrading this forum and that this forum has degraded is what pisses me off the most.
