Are daily actions limited by account or proxy?

I've heard that daily actions are now limited by proxy and not by account. Is this true? Meaning, you could get more actions out of an account on its own proxy versus an account that is shared with 4 others on a single proxy. Actions would include follows/unfollows/likes/comments. Does IG track actions by accounts or by proxy?

By account. Officially, we are allowed to have 5 accounts per device, and they each have there own daily limits not affecting each other.

Use dedicated proxies than shared ones and you would be fine. I have like 10 private proxies and those are doing great with Twitter and Instagram.

there is 5 accounts possible in the app --- so with 1 ip
the limit is for each account they are not influencing each other.
