Has anyone used AdCrax?

I have been offered a few good offers from AdCrax. Has anyone used them before? Are they reliable? They seem pretty new.

I've also been in this business for 2 years and my company has been around for 5 years. I've never heard of them. Be weary.

Thanks guys, yeah that is the thread I saw - but confused me the guy that created it seems to be AM or run another ad network (Adattract)?
