Touchy subjects on Instagram

Hello.

Ultra green noob here. Looking at different niches to get an instagram up and running for a website I'm launching.

My question is about the weed niche. Does instagram ban people for adult/weed niches? What are the things that I need to be careful about while building a following for an instagram in the weed niche?

Basically I don't want to build a huge instagram following if the profile can be removed easily.

I see ton's of profiles relating to the marijuana industry.

Any account be deleted/deactivated. Just be aware of that. Build an army of accounts.

How about third party uploading software so that I can do images from my computer.....is that a big risk?

Using 3rd party tools is always a risk you should only use it if you run more then 5 accounts.
If you run less you should really do it manual. Reson is you can afford to get banned on some while using 3rd party tools but if you only run 5 accounts you cannot afford to get banned so better to play by IGs rules.

If you do get banned and its a legit account and not spammy you can try to get it back and say you did not know you where breaking the tos etc. But it not always it will work!

Depends on what you're going to do with the software, if all it will be doing is uploading a picture/video with caption then most likely not.
You can schedule that for random times to avoid manually uploading.

Yes, it's a risk. That's why making sure the bot/software you're using is being represented by someone/company with credibility. Also, make sure the settings on what you're using won't raise red flags. Try to make your tasks automated while looking as human as possible.

Also - Marijuana & adult themed IG's have been doing really well lately.
