Right off the bat let me just say that wblteam is one of the most professional sellers I've worked with here on BHW. His customer service is excellent and something others here should aspire to. I ordered the platinum package to be spread across three URLs with plenty of link diversity. I also asked that the order be dripped out over a longer period of time, which was handled perfectly.
The article that was written for my posts was thoughtful, and in each case, my anchor text was naturally weaved into the body. Many sellers talk about inserting a link naturally, but few can do it the way a native English speaker can, and wblteam falls within that category.
The report that was sent had some blurred out photos of the blogs, and it was clear that each was built with a unique theme to ensure footprints were minimized. While there are certainly some blogs in the network that are TF ~20 as some reviewers have mentioned, I'd say the average blog comes in around the ballpark of TF 10.
Given the high level of keyword diversity I requested, I'm not sure I'll be able to give a true assessment of the power of these links. Nonetheless, the quality of the posts and the price per link makes this a great value as you build an organic-looking backlink profile.

I cannot be precise as we have many domains and we are adding domains regularly. The lowest ref domains was for 15. Only a few domains have that. But majority of the domains are above 50. So you can say the average is 20+.
