Hi Guys,

I have a problem with my facebook ad account, i need suggestions from you guys. Here is the problem:

Today, i decided to boost some of my posts on my facebook page, after setting up the ads, i moved to the billing section to make payments for the ads and get my ads running, only to see this F**KING statement pop up to my face:

"Amount You Owe: $$$$$ USD
We were unable to charge your ad account using PayPal account (my email). Please add a new payment method to your account."

I contacted Facebook but no response. I need your help guys, any suggestions?

How much amount did you owe them? Did you used your ad account before? If yes then add a new payment account and clear your old owing amount or you won't be able to advertise on facebook.

....but i don't owe them, i was charged on my previous ads!!

You weren't actually. Check you invoices if you are sure, and email those to the fb ads team.
xxxx$ is a good amount actually.

Facebook administration don't get payments from Paypal and they wrote it in their terms and conditions. I think you have to find any other method of payments to Facebook. I think they accept payments from Skrill but I'm not sure.

Skrill is not among the payment methods...i just checked. So, i decided to change the method to credit/debit card payment method, but now i see a guy telling me that he had the same exact problem when he used credit card method. Is facebook trying to scam me or what? am confused because after paying this huge sum, i don't know if the problem will persist.
