I think, it's not necessary to promote exactly fetish offers, you can try some dating services, accessories.

I was frustrated to see this question not taken too seriously, because while the upside is something that would likely require custom, focused work and a longer term plan, it's a good idea for quality content that is also specific. You have a lot of options really, but most people would probably serve ads. While this may not provide a tremendous earnings opportunity overall, at least it is income.
You could search even harder for more targeted offers. For example, try reaching out to your affiliate managers at the major networks you work with, and ask them for offers in your niche. They're not going to put their scat stuff in a mainstream offer location, so you'll need to ask about anything outside the typical porn arena unless you are with an actual fetish network.
Try fetishhits.com. They have some unique niche content and programs to promote.
Developing your own first level earnings opportunity is definitely a keen idea if there is absolutely nothing to promote at this time, so consider developing an actual membership site if the needs of this niche are legal and unfulfilled.
But really ... ads dude. It's a great entry-level way to start learning more about your niche.

For sure you will find something on amazon, or just find some sex shops that sells something related to that niche, or will just add to their brand and negotiate ad space on your blog. Or just start facilitating those fetish to people, if it is possible.
