Is there a way to make the "X" close button bigger? I have been getting constant complaints of users not being able to close it (and being redirected to the link).
EDIT: It's actually large enough... It would be so if my theme was mobile optmized... While I receive a lot of mobile traffic, my theme happens not to be optimized...

Thanks for updating the post about this. A mobile optimised theme is a 'must' these days now that mobile traffic is outpacing desktop traffic.

Hi, in its current release it isn't possible for it to serve contextual ads but that is something we would be looking at to see if it is possible while still keeping the plugin as easy to use as it currently is and while also keeping it compatible with pretty much every ad network.

Your ticket ID is sensitive information and you'd be best not to post it in a public forum. We can't provide customer support via this thread which is why we have the customer support desk where your ticket is.

I cannot force anyone to not post the details of their ticket ID here on the thread even though each time someone does I reply by say that the ticket ID is sensitive information and should't be posted on the thread.
I have seen your ticket and rest assured that it well be dealt with but we are unable to provide support via this thread which is why we have the support desk there. I see it is an activation issue rather than something gone horribly wrong with the plugin. Someone from the support team will assist you via your ticket to resolve the issue for you.
A couple of days ago we had to move to a new dedicated server which also meant we had a new IP issued to us. This alone has caused email delivery issues for us but the hosting company has done the tech side of things to resolve that but it can take up to 72 hours for those changes to fully propagate. This may explain why you didn't receive a confirmation email for which I apologise. I know that it is a total pain in the arse when things just don't run as they should.
I do know that the email delivery issue is just about resolved as I am able to receive emails from our system to more of my personal email accounts that I have been testing it with. For some reason the @me.com email service was very eager to return emails sent from our usual systems email address. However, emails are now being delivered to those email address too.
There are always teething issues when it comes to moving to a new server but these are being ironed out as we become aware of them.

We created the plugin to be used with pretty much any ad network of your choice. The only stipulation would be that the ad network allows mobile traffic as this plugin will only show ads to mobile traffic. For advice on which ad network is best when it comes to mobile traffic you would need to post that question in the section of BHW that is dedicated to ad networks/PPC etc.

Also, in an earlier posting someone mentioned that using the app could be a violation of the Adsense TOS. I currently run adsense ads on my wordpress site and I do not want to risk having my account suspended. I'm wondering if anyone has experience any problems with adsense when using this app. Any information will be greatly appreciated.
